歌曲由埃米纳姆、李尔·韦恩和贾斯特·布雷兹编写，贾斯特·布雷兹还制作了歌曲的背景音乐。歌曲的录制由Mike Strange和瑞安·韦斯特负责，埃米纳姆在与两人的合作下在美国密歇根州芬代尔的Effigy录音室完成。歌曲的副歌部分取样自海德威的《What is Love》。

《No Love》是一个即时的嘻哈礼物，首先是两个说唱歌手的合作，其次是因为它是坚实的一首歌。它的样本用的天衣无缝，使副歌给人留下深刻影响。该首歌值得一听。从这首歌看得出李尔·韦恩为埃米纳姆担任了一次Hype man，埃米纳姆的部分占了歌曲时长的一半，而该首歌的部分可以说是埃米纳姆职业生涯中最棒的一段说唱之一了。

歌曲的MV由克里斯·罗宾森执导，2010年6月开始拍摄，于同年9月29日被发布在埃米纳姆的Youtube主频道。MV中有些场景是在绿光屏前面拍摄的。MV讲述了一个男孩冲感受欺凌到勇敢反抗的故事，那男孩坐的地方的墙上贴满了埃米纳姆和李尔·韦恩的海报。李尔·韦恩站在冒着烟雾的黑色背景前方说唱，埃米纳姆则换了几个场景。
